Basic
searches
Just enter a word and click on "find". The
results will be more relevant if you choose a very specific
search term. Using combinations of two or more words
will help focus your search even more.

OnLinks will now search for documents that contain
both 'Frankfurt' and 'Airport'. Both words are automatically
linked with AND.
Excluding words
If you would like to exclude a word in your query,
you can do this by adding a minus (-).

OnLinks will now find pages about 'Frankfurt', that
do not contain the word 'Airport'.
Using phrases
If you would like to search for consecutive set of words,
as in a person's name, a song title or a film you will
get the best results by using "quotation marks".

OnLinks will now find pages containing this exact group
of words. A document containing only one of these words
will not be found.
Restricting your search area
You can restrict the area of your search by selecting
Web, Images, News or Local above the entry box for
your query.

Unleash Onlinks (+ Music-Player)
Open OnLinks in a seperate popup-window, so you have
it all the time on your desktop. This window also contains
a musik-player with over 60 internet-radio stations.
(Apples free QuickTime-Player is required to use this
feature. You find a free copy for download (Windows/Mac)
here...)

In the searchline you find "Unleash OnLinks" at
anytime beside the preferences.

The button, right beside your music-player, let's you
open a blank browser-page if needed.

Image Search & Copyright
OnLinks’s image search contains many copyrighted
images. If you find an image you would like to use, you
will need to contact the copyright owner and ask for
